All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you fail to give us a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment you will be charged %50 of the services booked. This includes new and existing clients. Certain exclusions may apply.
Any repeat no-show clients will be asked to pre-pay for future appointments if they hope to return to the salon.
We have made these changes to better serve clients, as no-show and unconfirmed appointments affect both the stylists and other clients.
We will no longer be able to accept gratuities via debit or credit card transactions. However, payment for services and products are still accepted through this method! Cash gratuities only.
Our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon, as the salon is not child proof. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of a caregiver during your appointment. This policy is to make sure our guests enjoy a relaxing experience, while keeping your child’s safety in mind.
